No event is too small. In fact, if you would like something on a very small scale in intimate surroundings, Evergreen Gate is open year-round for just such events. Discretion assured!

We can also assist by helping you host a

OUTDOOR WEDDING / VOW RENEWAL / ANNIVERSARY

Starting at $1299

Includes:

• exclusive use of grounds for ceremony/reception and photos
• use of entire Bed and Breakfast (3 guest rooms with private bath, guest lounge, kitchenette, deck, hot tub) for two nights. Wedding party? Out-of-town guests?
• use of available B and B equipment, troubleshooting, assistance of B and B staff as required
• event insurance and event permit

Wedding ceremony only: $250 (In case of rain, you pay only the cancellation fee of $50.)

Rehearsal party: available if two or more rooms are booked by wedding party or guests, $add $150, includes use of

• grounds
• main floor of B and B as required
• screened porch and two-level deck
• barbecues, dishes, and cutlery
• firepit for up to 25 people the evening before

Note: We will oversee rental of tent, tables/chairs, tablecloths, dishes, cutlery , portable toilets, coolers, etc. We can also assist with arrangements for catering, liquor license and other services as required. These costs, of course, depend on the size of your event and your individual choices. We will work with you to determine what you need and to stay within your budget.

BRIDE'S PACKAGE

Starting at $399

Day 1 -- PM

Your last night as a single woman!

Bring your bridesmaids for one last sleepover. The kitchenette in the suite makes entertaining easy! Remember to bring everything you'll need for tomorrow.

Day 2 -- AM

Private breakfast in the suite. There'll be enough for you, your guests, and drop-ins to munch on until it's time to leave for your wedding.

The final preparations! Getting dressed was never so much fun... and Mom will love it too, because it's happening somewhere else and she can make her own preparations in peace.

Hairdressers, estheticians, videographers and photographers welcome. Full-length mirror supplied.

Day 2 -- PM

Your family arrives for photos. On the front step? In front of the pergola? Amongst the evergreens? Your choice!

After the wedding, come back with your groom to the quiet and privacy of Evergreen Gate. (We'll leave the door unlocked!)

No one will know you're here (unless you let them know)! You'll have exclusive use of the guest lounge... in fact, the whole suite.

Day 3 -- AM

Get up whenever you like... we'll leave a light breakfast for you in the kitchenette... or you may dine at our honeymoon table, or perhaps in the pergola.

Includes use of the suite for two nights for up to four or five people, use of the main floor for photos as required, and use of the grounds for photos for as much time as you need.

Need a third room? Add $198 for the two nights.

ELOPEMENT PACKAGE

Starting at $769

Our Elopement Package includes:

• Entire suite for two nights (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, kitchenette -- "privacy plus", or bring along close friends/family) air tub plus outdoor hot tub.
• Breakfast each morning for two to four people
• Services of a marriage commissioner, music of your choice, witnesses, champagne toast
• Fresh flowers in room or as a bouquet
• Candlelight (catered) wedding dinner for two

Need an additional night? Photographer? We can help you arrange whatever you need.

PHOTOS

In summer, use our grounds for your outdoor photos... only $75. No charge if you are purchasing a package or if you or your guests are staying at Evergreen Gate for a minimum of two nights.

If weather conditions are less than ideal on your special day, there's no cancellation fee.

WEDDING PLANNING

Too busy to plan the small details? Book with Evergreen Gate and let us arrange whatever you need... e.g. marriage commissioner, music, catering, flowers, transportation, hair/make-up appointments, photos... In the event of an outdoor function, we rent the tent, tables, chairs, coolers etc. on your behalf as part of our wedding planning service.

GUEST ACCOMMODATION

Are some of your guests coming from out of town? Would they like an elegant and friendly alternative to a hotel/motel?

We have three double guest rooms, each with private bath. Accommodation includes access to a guest lounge, kitchenette, deck and hot tub. We are open year-round.

When everyone has their pictures and other memorabilia ready to go, consider a girlfriend getaway to put it all together.
